Breaking NEWS From Spain : Atletico Madrid have agreed deal to sign Griezmann replacement

Atletico Madrid has finished the season very well in La Liga as they grabbed the 3rd place in the league table behind the two big force Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Diego Simeone has said after the game yesterday that he will stay at Atletico Madrid because the club has a future and it's with him. However that might not be the case with star striker Antoine Griezmann as he is wanted by almost every big club in Europe.

Atletico Madrid and Diego Simeone have already started to execute their transfer plans as they have agreed a deal with Jean-Michel Aulas' Lyon to sign french striker Alexandre Lacazette subject to their transfer ban being lifted.

WHo will he sign for Man Utd, Real Madrid or Liverpool ?

Atletico Madrid was banned by FIFA after being found guilty of breaking international transfer rules for U16s. They have appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport and a decision is expected this month.

Lacazette has been fabulous for Olympique Lyon this season scoring 36 goals in all competition and was also wanted by Arsenal but he choose to join Atletico.

Coming to Griezmann situation, everybody knows that he is no.1 target for Manchester United but now both Liverpool and Real Madrid have entered this race as the French striker is yet to confirm whether he will stay at Atletico or leave in the summer.

He has scored 100 Goals in Ligue 1.

Liverpool may have qualified for Champions League play-offs but signing Griezmann is going to be more tough than beating already relegated Middlesbrough.

As for Real Madrid, Atletico would be silly to sell their best player to their arch rivals and make them more stronger as if they are not strong enough now.

In the end it will be either Griezmann signs for Manchester United or stays at Atletico for another year.
