Pogba, 23, has been under the spotlight at Euro 2016 after producing some underwhelming displays for France and received criticism for his performance against Ireland.
The BBC presenter tweeted: "Is Pogba the world's most overrated player?"
His post has received 9.6k retweets and over 11k favourites on social media website but neither of those will have come from Raiola, who believes Pogba is under-rated.

He told Rai Sport: "When someone is paid to talk about something, that doesn’t mean he knows what he’s talking about. Lineker is one of those.
"Considering the qualities Paul has and the prices I see around Europe, I think Paul is underrated.
"How much is Pogba worth? The maximum amount a club is prepared to pay for him.
"Just look at a player who is on the bench of Belgium and Marseille, but is being sold for €40 million (£33m, Batshuayi to Chelsea).
